The APDG AI Taskforce convened on November 7th, bringing together Live Performance and Screen Design members for a productive discussion on artificial intelligence’s impact on our industries. Key topics included intellectual property rights and copyright protection, the role of AI in previsualisation, and potential shifts in production pipelines.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 6th at 7:00pm. We encourage all APDG members to join the conversation as we continue to explore these crucial developments affecting our design practices, and work towards creating our own set of APDG Guiding Principles for AI use.
