A group of graduates across institutions, VCA, NIDA, WAAPA and ULTIMO TAFE have formed a Facebook group “Fresh Blood” for emerging and ‘merged’ designers wanting to network. The collective met in 2014 to discuss how emerging designers can better access the industry and “Fresh Blood” is the first change they have brought about; a forum for designers to ask questions, share knowledge and ideas. Anyone interested in contributing can join from the APDG Facebook page. Established designers are encouraged to join to help support their younger counterparts.
